Orderd a medium cheese and pepperoni pizza. Had us wait 30 minutes (3x as long as takes to cook), and don't deliver so had to pick it up. The pizza was so raw and dough undercooked we didn't eat it and threw it in the trash. The flavor was also pretty bad. Skimped on the cheese so some parts were just uncooked dough and sauce. Will never go back. Father said they gave away his pizza to someone else once too. Can't recommend. Ripped off $12.30.
Palermo's definitely has the Best Pizza in Western MA !!!! We've been going there for years and have enjoyed every bite.
