The best part is that you can join this gym for any reason at all, whether it be wanting to lose weight or compete in the sport of martial arts, they will help you get to your goal. They will dedicate themselves to you whether it be for fun, or a particular reason like self-defense. All and all I am very happy I joined the Team link family because everyone there is open, caring, and passionate about what they do.
My son was so shy and I signed him up. His confidence has gone way up! Everyone is so nice and respectful there. The facility is amazing and so is the instruction. I recommend Team Link to anyone looking for the best for there kid. Team Link is where it's at!!!!!
Team Link is a place to learn the art of mix martial arts. They have Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Women’s Striking, Miama Ryu, MMA, and last but not least, the sport that made me want to join this awesome gym: Muay Thai. They have 3 Great Muay Thai coaches all very humble, and passionate about what they do. They make the classes fun, exciting, and enjoyable. I have been there now for 1 ½ years and it’s been a great experience; I have learned so much from this team including patience, respect, control, and have gained lots of new friends that I now call family. This gyms does everything as a family, cookouts, fighting events, holiday parties, you name it… they have it all.

If you want to learn martial arts and you are a beginner, go to Team Link. The instruction is unmatched, also all the students are very nice and helpful. It is as if they are working together as one big family atmosphere. Team Link's record is incredible. When you walk in you see trophies, champion belts and winning banners. You may also run into one professional fighters from the UFC that trains there. I would recommend Team Link to anyone that wants to learn martial arts and get into shape. You will feel very welcomed when you go in.
