My parents are members here. There are never enough cloths to wipe down machines which is honestly gross and a health concern. When questioned the management says that people are stealing them. The owner will continue to charge your card after you cancel and it took multiple calls and attempts to stop these charges. Parts of the gym are unclean. On multiple occasions the door has been locked even though it is a 24/7 gym and leaving members to either not work out or left waiting for over an hour for a person to unlock the door. I would avoid this gym at all costs. With the new planet fitness opening up on Parker Street in Springfield, it will be an extra 5 minute drive to save yourself the headache of this gym and also save a bunch of money. Can't wait to put this nightmare in the rear view mirror.
after going through a hassle to simply cancel my membership I finally cancelled it a month ago and was charged 50 dollars again this month after being told my last charge would be the month of July. Management always tells me I'm wrong and it's not what they're system says instead of actually trying to resolve a problem in which costs me my hard earned money. Planet fitness is far more organized and professional than this dump.
