Staff is nearly impossible to get a hold of on the phone and very slow to respond to important patient concerns. Chose another provider after several visits
Went for ADHD testing and went in 2x for a "report", but the first time Dr.Q did not even receive or know I was coming in apparently until his secretary pointed me out (after 1.5hrs in waiting room). The second time was a month later and when I told him I was on medical leave from school (meaning I was now living 1.5hrs away), he simply dismissed me. I've called 2x in March for the report, 2x in April, 3x in May...... Now it is June 19th and after speaking to a billing secretary + operator + leaving messages and emails (since no other extensions answered or even allowed calls), I have yet to get the report! My current psychiatric nurse tried her best to analyze the raw scores I was printed out.... But some tests are special to the purchased system PsychCare Associates are part of, so she cannot analyze that much even with extensive google-research to understand the scores.
Patients cannot reach you, the phone tree is malfunctioning.
Since there's no other way to relay this message, I'll do it here. PLEASE GET A NEW ANSWERING SERVICE. Other providers, referrals and patients cannot reach you. We also cannot even LEAVE A MESSAGE for you without the message-taker SCREAMING OVER US, AND RUDELY DEMANDING full insurance information for the patient EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SAID INFORMATION and even if insurance info. is COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the message. Investing in an annoying phone tree would be preferred over whatever HORRIBLY ill-mannered and despicably rude answering service you're presently using. When the above takes place, I'll adjust my review.
There are MUCH better people! I was hoping to transfer my care to here when I was a student at Mount Holyoke because I was a little dissatisfied with one clinician there (and was suggested to go here since the clinician only treated anxiety + depression). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come here!
