My favorite pizza maker is Cristina. So happy when she makes my pizza.
I called to place an order and was put on hold for literally 20 Minutes. The hold recording went on to tell me how easy it was to place an order at Dominos. Apparently not considering you can't just call the establishment and place an order.
I was very disappointed with the burnt pizza that I got!! The one I got before this one was darker than I like so I asked if they could cook this one a little less. This one was burnt! When I called about it being burnt the lady said "sorry". I was not offered my money back or offered another pizza as stated that "if your not completely satisfied you get your money back." I wrote to Domino's almost 2 weeks ago about this, and haven't heard back from them. Very disappointed!
