I was told this was a good dry cleaner to use and even though I saw the review and 2 stars, I went there anyway. Went there on Friday and they promised my clothes to be done on Monday afternoon as I had a funeral Tuesday morning I was attending. 2 shirts, 2 pants. Monday afternoon I took my 4 garments from them, hung them up and that was that. Tuesday morning, I got dressed- in pair of pants had a little extra room but I thought it was just my pair with the "hidden waistband". All dressed and 2 minutes from getting into the car to leave to my grandmother's funeral and my phone rings. "Sorry Mr Spafford- we gave you the wrong pants". Lo and behold, the pair I was wearing were not mine- bigger waist, so no wonder they felt roomy. I hurry up and change into the pair that actually was mine and left. THANK GOD I brought 2 pairs for them to do, or I wouldn't have had a clean/pressed pair of pants with just moments to leave. I brought the wrong pair back on Thursday and the young lady there had no idea what I was talking about. Furthermore, she had no idea where my pants were and left a note for someone else to call me. Today I'm calling and it's not even ringing- just telling me they don't have voicemail set up. The dry cleaning itself was fantastic- the collars crisp, the creases sharp, quality job. But it's like a circus dealing with the people there. Add to that the poor timing for this to happen to me and hence- 3 stars.
For a "cleaners" establishment the facility is filthy with debris in the corner near the door behind a dead plant. Next to no parking and feeble excuses as to why your clothes are not ready when promised.
